Real Estate in Utah Holding It’s Value..and Wine Wednesday

The most exclusive real estate in Utah continued to hold its value as the median price of a single-family home sold in the greater Park City area, which includes Summit and Wasatch counties, in the first quarter remained at $649,140, nearly unchanged compared to a median price of $650,000 in the first quarter of 2007.

On another note….tonight is as you may already know…Wine Wednesday.
It is also the Spurs v Lakers game.
So Rob and I will be joining some of the guys I work with to watch the game and sip some wine. I mean – we really don’t have a choice…it is an official holiday and all 😉

Let us know about your local Real Estate Values and how they are holding up….and feel free to give us some wine suggestions as well….we’re still learning and we can use all the help we can get!
